I made a stopover in Brussels for the day, on my way to Madrid.
I really like Brussels. I plan on going back to spend some significant time there.
Since I was only there for the afternoon, the main things to do involved waffles, fries, chocolate, and beer.
That and I wandered through the Grand Place, etc.
One particularly fortunate coincidence, was that I stumbled into the Brussels food truck festival. Hundreds of food trucks in Brussels park, which was pretty incredible.
